John and Kristina lived in Southern California for most of the past 25 years.  They have a blended family with 6 children and a growing number of grandchildren.  They know what it's like to relocate to this area because they moved here themselves a few years ago to be closer to their East Coast grandchildren.  In addition to the grandchildren, John and Kristina have come to love this area and want to share this love of the area with our clients!

John has over 30 years experience in the real estate arena mostly in finance for relocation companies but the last 11 years in direct marketing and sales of residential and income producing properties. He enjoys working with first time buyers and gets joy from helping them attain their part of the American dream of home ownership. Move up sellers and investors are also part of his portfolio of past clients 

Once John is associated with a seller or buyer he forms such a bond with the individuals that they remain friends long after the sale is completed. His motto of “Exceptional Service with Integrity” is more a way of life than just a motto. He believes in treating all parties associated with any transaction with the same degree of honesty and respect as he expects to receive for himself.
